Tommy Rock

8/31/13 - Eric O and I hiked to a little known overlook called "Tommy Rock". Hard to get to but awesome views! Very hazy day so the pics are not the best....plan on going back in the fall for some autumn pictures.

Sunrise from the Cliffs over Erwin

7/17/13 - Robin and I got up early and hiked up to the "cliffs" to watch the sunrise....it was pretty foggy so I only got a few shots that turned out ok....

Higgins Creek Falls

7/16/13 - hiked up to Higgins Creek Falls to take a few pictures....nice place to go hang out and listen to the water...

07/14/13 - hiked up to Rock Creek Falls....partly cloudy and light misty raining day....perfect to visit the falls...

4th of July Myrtle Beach

7/4/13 - Spent the 4th of July week in Myrtle Beach with the fam... had a great time....good to get away and spend some time with Robin and the kids....

Elk Falls and Jones Falls

6/30/13 - Drove to Elk Falls and took a side trail along the Elk River that connects to the Appalachian Trail...continued on the AT until I reached the side trail to Jones Falls....Elk Falls was crowded with people swimming and enjoying the falls....no one except for me at Jones Falls.
